With low interest rates, affordable home prices and home buyer tax credit opportunities still a large part of today’s real estate market, the first REALTOR® Nationwide Open House weekend, April 10-11, will provide prospective buyers throughout the Mt Washington Valley and Western Maine with a chance to view homes in specific neighborhoods as the spring home buying season kicks off.
New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® 2010 President Monika McGillicuddy agreed that the timing is ideal. “Many of those who may have been priced out of the market a few years ago are finding opportunities now,” McGillicuddy said. “But we just don’t know how long these conditions are going to remain in place.”
