I wanted to share a bit of good news about the economic outlook for refinances and purchases.
The interest rates have come down again recently. I actually saw the rate go down to 5.375% with NO points 30 yr fixed or 4.875% with 1 point 30 yr fixed. Although the rates are subject to change on a daily basis (sometimes several times a day), you may be able to catch it on the down swing if you are refinancing and on top of it. Call your favorite local lender or contact me for names of my favorite mortgage brokers.
